Hello! It's Erica... Here's the thing about having a passion for something....I've found that it never really goes away and that's a good thing! Sure, I've studied real estate, business, and law, and absolutely love them, but I have a passion for historic preservation, home renovation and modernizing furniture (oh yes, and baking). So, I draw from this invaluable education, along with the little bit of knowledge and experience that I've somehow managed to gather over the years, to organize and plan, but I let my creative side explore the possibilities of the potential vision. The result? I create spaces and pieces that honor the past, look to the future, and live in the present. I love it and I always seem to have several projects going on at one time. The purpose of my site is to share some of that passion, to ignite a fire, to generate interest in a variety of projects, and to grow from there!
